Remembered that quote when i was reading about the crusaders 2 years ago & google did the rest...he he

Since we're on quotes,well here's one from more recent times.

that would be captain John Long, in an interview for a book about WWII. Captain long was quoting a speech by Patton, and added two additional lines, including a slightly more "raw" version of this quote.

Well,the actual speech made when General Patton addressed the 761st Tank battalion,the first AA armoured unit in the history of the US Army to see combat.

"Men, you are the first AA tankers to ever fight in the American Army. I have nothing but the best in my army.I don't care what color you are, so long as you go up there & kill the K**ut.Everyone has their eyes on you & is expecting great things from you.

Most of all,your race is looking forward to your sucess.Don't let them down, and, damn you don't let me down."

and two colorful lines was adapted in the movie.

Well Thank you, I'm not much of a military history buff. So Here's one about the hobby.
When Hasbro decided to re-release the vintage G.I. Joe. Where did they find the Original molds from the first 12 inch G.I. Joe and what was it being used as?

Well then maybe my information is an urban legend. I read it was the boiler room at the Pawtucket office being used as a door stop. Maybe Graeylin or LG should take the wheel.
