Somebody asks a question(Military,1/6 etc. related) and whoever gives the correct answer asks another question and so on.....
LMK what you think.

We have this going on on our German 1/6 Forum and the First Thread is over 80 Pages and the Second Thread Just hit the 20 Page Mark.

Don't panic Neil - the answer to this one's not too hard to find.... ;) (it's an interesting story though)
During World War 2, a submarine was sunk as a result of a malfunctioning toilet... Who was the boat's unfortunate captain?

Hardcase has the answer I was after.... U-1206 sank after water entered through the toilet. The water got into the batteries and the boat was forced to surface where it was attacked and sunk by aircraft. In his report Schlitt blamed a faulty valve but other accounts say the captain himself caused the flood by not using the toilet correctly (apparently only specially trained crew members were supposed to operate the complex system of valves used to flush the toilet!! An idea for DML's next figure maybe? "German U-boat toilet operative (Scheissmann, 2nd Class)" :lol)
Anyway the next question's Hardcase's...

you could also have a vietnam or modern version: basic figure, a mop bucket, a 55 gallon drum of fuel, and two gasoline cans. and a 5 foot stick.

Here's one that is currently stumping the group at GL's....

In most armies to the mid 20th Century, Officers were slightly taller than enlisted ranks. However, in the Imperial Japanese Army, the officers were more typically SHORTER than the enlisted ranks. Why?

Is it because officers usually started in training programs as young teens. The training included extremely intense physical programs and minimal rations to prepare them for physical hardship on campaign. As a result they were shorter on average than the rest of the population. Enlisted men typically did not start military training until after they had achieved full height?

(that's what Mr Google says anyway ;))
