How do i fix a loose wrist hole for a DML figure? You know the part where you put the hand in?

Go to any hardware/plumbing supply store and blow $.50 on a roll of teflon tape (normally used to seal showerheads and whatnot). Wrap a piece around the wristpost a time or two, and press it back into the arm. It should fit nice and snug, if not, add a little more tape.
