Hahaha, that is AWESOME Dudelle!!! Very, very cool. Did you actually rig up a tiny functional flame thrower??? Because that would be incredible, and there was a guy on OSW several years ago who did make a real, working, functional 1:6th flame thrower, and it was insane. Your soldier man handling the flame thrower looks more like a 1940's United States Marine Corps trooper than a French Legionnaire to me tho.

I would give more details on the manufacture of flame-thrower, but it is not a functional object.

I said that the smoke is real, is real fire and explosion are real.

I would add that I have more neighbors, they were afraid and they are all gone

Oh man this is great. How did you get for the flame/fire effect?

 

this reminds me of the line from the movie 'butch cassidy and the sundance kid'.."think you used enough dynamite there butch?" that bunker is toast. but i would hate to be the poor trooper who had to lug that flamethrower around. oh,and by the way..french troops in southeast asia used both british and american usmc surplus camo..the 'frog-skins' even retained their usmc stamps. it would'nt be unusual to see a soldier with british 'dennison' pants and a 'frog-skin' shirt, or any other combination. great pix.

 

Holy Smokes literally! Pascal, you are always a first-mover in these actual special effects (I remember the long ago night artillery dios you did) and this is no exception. WOW oh wow!!! Standing ovation for your work, it's well deserved!

And even if you didn't do the flamethrower stuff, I would've admired just the bunker work and the Viet Minh POV shots as well.
