All my dioramas are set amidst a zombie apocalypse, even though no zombies are there. It's just the threat... Eventually, I'll have to buy or make zombies, out of existing figures.Maybe turn Barbies into zombies?

You can actually just make zombie heads and pop them onto your figures. Or just use water colors and paint the skins and add some blood. You can wipe it off later with water as a temporary thing.

Zombies are a good way to use up head sculpts that you don't like and bodies that have damaged (or missing) limbs.

Lots of aftermarket zombies and zombie heads available. Sideshow Collectibles did a bunch 10 years back, but those might actually be getting kind of expensive now.
