Got excited for "Jack Black" Tropic Thunder for a split second there...

If you wondering what this is from, it's from an old Japanese classic Anime and Manga called Black Jack. A story about a black market doctor, and this little girl here is his companion in the story. I believe ZCWO already released the Black Jack doctor figure back a while ago
