I'd personally go with some sort of Arc Trooper.

What do you want to do, just a simple repaint, or a custom job? I've seen a lot of great repaints, but I have not seen Mace Windu's Purple Clones done in 1/6 yet. There are too many great looking Clones to choose from, these are only a few!
