Which paint to use???

Hi. I am in a dilemma...
My Marmit stormtrooper tool a shelf dive. :bag
The only apparent damage was to the paint on his helmet
around the nose area.

My question is, what type of white paint can I use to touch him up?
Acrylic? Enamel? Is there a brand that is preferred for soft plastic
like that on the Marmit stormtrooper?

Thanks so much for your help! :)

Use acrylic paint. The cheap 85 cent kind from Walmart will do fine. It stays flexible and won't peal off unless you bend it a lot.
Thanks!

does it matter if I use hobby paint from the plastic model section
-or-
paint from the hardware section?

Thanks again, :thumb

You just need a small bottle of acrylic paint from a hobby store. Maybe Michael's or something like that would carry it. No need for a big ol' can from the hardware section-- that's for sure.

Do not use enamel paint. The solvents in the enamel will react with the soft vinyl and will stay sticky forever.

Like was said above - go to an arts and crafts store and buy acrylic paint
Thanks for all of the responses!
I am off to Michael's this evening to get a bottle of the
ACRYLIC paint.
