What happened to Barrack Sergeant?

Anybody had any ideas what happened to them ?

A while back, they were announcing the release of weapon series ( Steyr Aug ), Uniform Sets ( Falklands and Northern Ireland Set ) and Bdu Set ( Multicam, Acu, Woodland, DCU ) fast and furious on the heels of their PMC release but then they just seemed to vanish..

Is BS still in business or have they closed down??

The Steyr AUG sets were intended to be released under the Aoshima brand. A few days ago I received word from my dealer, that my pre-order was cancelled, because there were some problems and these sets were not going to be released. :fit
It was a shame!! The guns really looked great.

I heard that British figures were to be released in May. It's not too long before we know if its true or not...

I had the May release date from Sgt. Larry himself in his shop. I just hope he comes through...............

Last time I heard a 'confirmed' date for release the date given was August.

August 2006.

I have to say, that this projected release date thing for all of the companies is one of the hardest things to deal with. They should just all say, "You'll get it when you get it and if you dont get it in like a year or so, send us an email (which we wont respond to anyway, but at least you will feel like you are speeding things along)."

Barrack Sergeant has a tendency to release images far more in advance then most companies. Sometimes well over a year before we even see the product. And then, as mentioned, sometimes the product doesn't even make it to the market at all.

BS certainly makes some great stuff, but I've learned not to even consider it a reality until it actually hits stores.
