so its almost Christmas, and that means getting gifts. I know I want to get a male TBL body...I have wanted to for a while. i'd also like a new chess set (might have to order one), a few outfits, plus EZ Track is in order for my trainset, and a good power supply. now i ask what are you getting for Christmas? any 1/6 items on your list?

After never having done so before, I finally got myself a Hot Toys Batman, and promptly put him to (limited) use HERE (and the very next day they announced a newer version, complete with an excellent sculpt of Ben Affleck, but I can't justify waiting and getting yet another one). Of course, I have been spoiling myself for months (moderation is not one of my many virtues), but that is probably my most notable new acquisition.

Peace among all nations, love among all people, joy and understanding in the world.......and a machine gun.....:lol

All @$$holes around the world keel over and die on Christmas Day.

That would eliminate 99% and then some of the world's problems and let those remain start over.

My resident female and I bought some land this summer in order to save the giant conifers, water feature and wildlife that lives there. I'm ok with mortgages, but our lovely parents have decided that for christmas they are paying half of the mortgage off for us.

sadly no toys, apart from a lego advent calendar.

Nothing 1:6 for X-mas, but I am expecting an AutoArt 1:18 diecast Mad Max 1973 Ford Falcon XB (The Last of the V8 Interceptors), along with a large number of Amazon gift cards and a bunch of Blu-rays, so that's not too bad!

I got myself one of those 12 inch electric duel death troopers at target for $9. Let's think about it for a second. Stands at 12 inches, has pretty good detail and accuracy, all for $9..... Granted I'm sure I would love all of the extreme accuracy of a Hot Toys version, and the articulation of course, but considering I pretty much place all of my figures in a static stance, this will definitely do. $9>$250.......hmmmmmm.
