Oh dear... this is most embarrassing... there's no way I can make the leg armour... I bought it, but dun ask me where's it from cos I dun know... :O Thanx everyone for ur kind comments though... That's right, the bash is based on the point man in this ref pic...

The leg armour might be the hasbro one, I saw a pair on ebay a long time ago but neglected to look further.
