There are some nice parts and the head sculpt is looking good. Also they use real fabric boots after many manufactures using plastic ones. The dog would be cool for HALO if it was in relaxed / hanging pose and not like he was frozen. Also a german shepard dog would be a better choice. The pose has the same problem as previously at the AOR1 HALO Figure.
