:thanks for these interesting points raised, pukingdog.A very nice trooper and your local terrain works so well.
A few points, if I may - I believe those gloves post-date Vietnam, and while Lyle's photo shows loose-pin frags on the subject's front, that's not a good move while moving thru the jungle, or even when moving in and out of a helo. The skeleton wouldn't have fresh blood, and the chest rig and AK in pristine state. Those items would have been recovered, by his fellow soldiers. Likely, there would be the remains of a uniform.
:thanks Spitfire :thanksGood points raised by PD, but overall an outstanding figure!! Good luck!!!
No problem pukingdog. :thumbYou're a good sport, my friend. I hope I helped some, and thank you for your graciousness.
:thanks very much ActionMan.Very, very nice work - I love all the small details.
:thanks mike45 :thanks for your kinds comments :thumbI really like this figure, i didn't see this thread before i commented on the comp' thread. The outdoor shots and poses and subject matter are just mighty good and i love outdoor shots! The pillar box red paint , did stand out ,to my eyes. That said, may i suggest an alternative , get a little minced meat with blood and some cut up condoms ( for skin ) and some hair and play around with that. With your creative imagination and skills you will sort it . Great work.
