If you know what trident My Patricia is holding in the left hand i want to know if you know what material the wooden section have on that trident? :think

Looks similar to be the Kaustic Plastic Retiarius trident but can't quite tell from your pic. Does the base of the forks where all three "points" join together have a clamshell pattern on the other side (see pic below)?
If that's the case, I think the handle is actual wood.

Yes it is the Kaustic Plastic Retiarius trident, i bought it as a loose piece though. I was'nt entirely satisfied how the other end piece was mounted so i tried to rectify it but the wooden piece broke.
I use another wooden rod now but its not as sturdy as the original so can you or anyone else say what type of wood it originally is made of? :think

Any dense grained hardwood should do the job. Stay away from plantation timber because the trees are grown as quickly as possible, which reduces their strength.
