You will rarely find anything in mass production that completely measures up to its prototype in terms of quality because the prototype methods and materials differ typically. Few of us can afford a figure put together with the methods used in producing prototypes because they are unique, highly custom figures until they go into mass production.I think the pictures look great, but Toy Soldier has a streak of putting out figures that look worse than their prototype pictures.
Very true. But, ya might be surprised at peoples reactions during firefights. Fear and adrenalin cause some interesting actions. I giggled like a little kid once.I mean no disrespect to Lt Longgrear, but although the figure's HS does bear resemblance to the reference pic, I doubt he'd have that grin on his face in the field, especially in the midst of combat.
