Finally worked out how to do a 1/6 stacked leather handle, so i have come in from the shed. These take ages to pump out but worth the effort, i stamped the blades USMC as well, hope you like my efforts. Beautiful work Mike!!! I think I have one of your machete's, and it's one of my prized possessions.

Now you need to do a PAL with the clear plastic handles that were so common in the pacific! These are great! I really should have one to go with my full size versions!

Those are fantastic. Great work on the sheath as well!
Thank,s Spyder. It took me a few goes to get the stitching size right and with a slower speed on the pedal it seems to work, its just tricky finding the sweet spot on the pedal. Sewing machines are a handy tool to have in the shed, she left me another tool but all it seems to do is overheat and spit out steam, weird? :wink

AMAZING work mike45... they truly do look like full sized blades, it wasn’t until the last picture dispels that idea!

Thanx for sharing some incredible craftsmanship and skill with us!
