SS-Scharführer 28. Waffen-Grenadier Division der SS "Wallonien", Oder 1945

Hi everybody.
After a rather long period of abscence, I hereby present you my latest work.
Its an SS-Scharführer of the 28. Waffen-Grenadier Division der SS "Wallonien", as he might have appeared in the bitter battles around river Oder in 1945.

well done, sir! Great detail work, especially with the MP-44 and belt accessories. Who's the maker of the tunic and trousers?

that's a great dio! BTW that's a mp 40 submachine gun not mp44.

I agree, the weathering makes this relatively simple figure stand out.

Nice figure, very nice job. Where is his bayonet? All troops were issued a bayonet even the medics were issued them. Also what is his canteen attached to?

@pzwest: Thank you for your comments.
Bayonet was purposely ommited just to... make a difference.
You can find inummerous WWII photos showing guys -specially NCOs- not carrying their issued bayonet. I guess that was for a thousand of reasons.
His canteen is attached to one of the two loops the breadbag had on it's backside. Readings reveal that the front mounting loops were often not used, since anything hanging on them prevented the breadbag flap to open easily.
