Has anyone been on or currently on a Special Forces PT program or for that matter any kind of Special Forces training workout program ie. Seal, Force Recon or Green Beret if so how's it working? I was wondering do most these Units also use freeweights (dumbells and benchpress etc)? I have found a few web sites with Elite Force workout programs but nothing to in dept anyone know of any good websites? thanks :thumb
