Looks like a case of 12 will consist of 12 different weapons this time. From the tiny pics there seem to be 4 SCAR variants, while the rest are from previously released / upcoming figure sets with different attachments and camo schemes.

There are two M4s with M93 stock. Differently painted, but still same weapon.
Then we have what looks like 3 similar SCARs - black and two tan (different scopes and length of the barrell). Its just like previous sets, really only 9 unique weapons.

Similar, yeah, but not quite the same where the previous sets would have 3 pairs of exact duplicate configurations if you bought a case of 12.

I would not have complained if they put more double M14s there - I think they would sell much better/faster then the rest of the guns. But then, greedy me, I have a view of the retailer before the collector lol.

Yep...that's the .308 / 7.62mm SCAR! Nice! I hope one of their future figures includes a CQB version of the SCAR-H.

M4 with M93 stock like the USMC II MEF, AK with drum mag like the PMC operator 07, M14 SOCOM with silencer like the CIA GOI, M14 EBR like the 10th mountain sniper, HK417 like the new SF sniper, M4/XM26 like the new USAF airmen security and one SCAR with silencer like the next Ranger...... it looks great BUT it looks like deja vu. Please Hot Toys, give us something......uhm...DIFFERENT !

It's only logical that they'd want to make the most out of their molds (which is why I'm questioning whether that really is a SCAR-H).

You have a point there Fab1. Yes, much of their weapons in the sets came from previously released figures. However, the idea behind these sets is to give collectors the ability to get a hold of these weapons without having to purchase a whole figure, or pay through the nose for the loose weapons that have been parted out from the boxed figures from which they came.
