Howdy, folks!

I purchased a Soldier Story automatic rifleman from Ebay but the pin that connected the neck post and the body is broken, right out from the box. Does anyone have any experience with Soldier Story regarding exchange? Is it even possible?

from my experiance it is very good i emailed the us rep and he asked for pics and becuase of the weekend i have not herd from him but i bet on monday ill get the email!

Man, that has not been my experience with them, but it has been almost 5 years.

I emailed them asking if I could buy the part. Yes! BUY THE PART! Not asking for a freebee, but BUY. Twice I emailed them in about 2 weeks about the part. They have not returned my mail. Could somebody help me out! If this is the way SS wants to treat their patrons...God help us, because they make the best stuff IMO.

SS have never replied to any of my contact either. Unless someone can testify otherwise, it seems pointless for them to even have a Contact Form.

If you're in the US you should probably contact CalTek, their U.S. distributor. They handle mostly all communication to Soldier Story overseas and are good about customer contact.
