Thought I should share progress and pic of my recently resurrected skulltrooper project.

Helmet is almost done and open version helmet is in progress too. Torso armour is in early stages but starting to take shape. The shoulder pad is only just started as is the bone rifle. The bone rifle itself will have a magazine loaded with teeth.

Fingers crossed I can actually complete this project soon since skulls and bone are kinda my thing.

Looking brilliant jaz! I'm loving the idea of an open and closed helmet, I guess you won't do an opening one then? Probably be a bit too fragile I guess.

yeah, my original plan was to have an opening one but when I got to the practicality of it I thought would work better simply as an alternate helmet.

Some pics of painted version of the initial helmet casting. the revised version should be ready for moulding later along with the open version, shoulder pad and upper arm armour. Forearm armour to follow soon too.

Looking good! Forgot I need to buy some casts from you :doh. Have you joined Imigur or Flikr etc? It would really help you post proper pics if you did mate, it's free and easy..

Yeah, I actually loaded them to flickr but was having issues with the image insertion so used the OSW image attach method instead. Will have another try shortly to see if the flicker insert works this time

OOH now that's cool!!! If you just copy the BCC from the picture and paste it directly onto your post that works for Imgur. I got sick of Flickr, Photobucket and some others, Imgur is fast and simple.
