What a funny question to come across. I did have a CD full of cultural stuff that included an entire Powerpoint brief on Iraqi road signs, and if I remember correctly also car license plates. I think it was all Saddam era, but I will try to track it down. I don't have access to it where I am now but I will see if I can get someone to forward it to me.
