I don't order 1/6 off of them but I do 1/12 and I have never had an issue. They can be a tad slow to ship but once they do, it is all smooth sailing.

They are perfectly safe. I have ordered a few 1/6 figures from them over the years. They were the 1st store I ordered from back in 2011 when starting my Hot Toys 1/6 collection.

Yes no issues with BBTS. I've purchased 3 times from there.They accept PayPal as well. The $4 shipping is via FedEx ground.

I have ordered in the past, and it was smooth sailing, and no issues.

If you sign up for their flyer, you get a once a week notice on new stuff, and things going on sale.

I don't purchase 1/6 scale from them but I do buy Masterpiece Transformers from them on a regular basis and have done so for over 10 years. Never had a problem with those guys.

I’ve ordered a few 1:6 collectibles and others from them and never had a problem. Sometimes they get stuff in a bit later than other retailers, and their shipping can be a bit slow, but those are pretty minor quibbles for me.

The other cool things:
They rarely charge a NRD, and their shipping is frequently a flat $4.00 rate! Their “Pile Of Loot” feature is cool too, just be aware there are a few (reasonable) restrictions.

I've ordered from them many times. They've been the go-to store for many of the Sideshow freaks collectors for years. They usually have decent prices. Never had a problem with them.

I ordered from them 1-2 times over the past eight years.

Everything was fine. Done it all online with no e-mail/telephone follow up.

Everything was handled smoothly.
