Like I said, had some home time and projects I've been thinking about while on the wind so...
I wanted to use the already cool color of this weapon with a tiger stripe theme. I like it, think it'll go to an operator in south/central America.

I do it by hand, I use a very sharp tipped brush and have to add tiny amounts of paint often as too much paint on the brush will make the lines too big. I usually wind up using a blow dryer to dry out the mistakes and then come back with the right color to thin out the line if it looks too wide.
I paint the base pattern 1st then come back with the lines for high light.
Some might think it's tedious but I find it relaxing.

Sorry so late responding but I've been out of pocket for getting to the net.
Looking forward to some home time next weekend and getting some more stuff done.
Possibly work will shift to allow me to be closer to home and online soon... looks that way right now anyway.
