Hello there...I haven´t been here for a while, it was a busy time...sorry for that. I just wanted to share an actual project from me, the british Royal Regiment of Fusiliers during "The Troubles" in Northern Ireland:

Very nice figures. I've long wanted to do a figure from "The Troubles" but wouldn't really know where to start. Would you mind giving a parts breakdown on some of the figures? It would really be awesome if the manufacturers would release some figures like these and others from conflicts that haven't really been covered in 1:6.

Thank you all for your kind words :)

Yes, with pleasure...I used the actual DiD Body for all of them, the coloured man uses the smaller of these bodies (it is a complete Martin Luther King body).

I was very lucky to find "veegostore" (Index Page Title, Veegostore) while I was looking for parts, they have the uniform, the sweater and the flak vest.

I used KGB Hobby boots as long I don´t find anything better.

The webbing parts are from barrack sergeant.

The beret is custom made by banjoman1000, you can find him on ebay.

And very good luck I had in finding a "british weapons set 1" which brought me additional parts to what I already had collected over the years...it is hard to find these days, I think it was made by barrack sergeant, it and looks like this:
