Finally i can start to post a thread of my anticipated custom iv been wanting to do since i heard of the new 3DS game. ;B Hopefully, ill have her finished before the game even comes out, wouldnt that be a nice deal. lol
Anywho, here are the very first shots of my custom, ill be working on this throughout the week so stay tuned guys!

Ok, so heres what i did, i looked high and low for some decent 1/6 wetsuits and my searches were simply slim and useless, and slim just left the room. So what i did was bought a bratz doll with stretch pants and a barbie ken doll with a wetsuit and simply put them on my base body for Jill. Turns out, it was perfect, sure there are a little things i need to tweak but it fitted her perfectly, the bratz pants fit on nice and snugly, and Ken's wetsuit as well. Boy was it awkward buying these at walmart...lol.
The back is simply velcro, might keep it since she is going to have her gear on and it wont be noticeable. Also, the velcro does stick nicely and you cant even notice it.

Heres Jill with the suit cut the way its supposed to be, also i removed the undershirt and shape can now be seen.

Ran into a little problem...Kids; never use a sharpie to mark your cutting pattern. -_-

Wet suit pieces DYED Blue velvet!

The underpants are REALLY REALLY tight fitting, pretty neat , but not too fun to put on her. -_- I need to have the pants end at the waist or else, she'll end up having "panty lines" not cool.

Suit still needs TONS of work, but at least it fits nicely.

Im not too worried about the back part, considering she will have her backpack which covers half of her back, and then she has the thick belt with the butt pack which will cover up the rest of the unwanted folds and velcro, so yeah, it'll look pretty in the end.

Oh yes, got to love those fabric markers.

Jill's wetsuit patterns WIP. The sleeves will eventually be tailored so they will fit tighter.

Maybe thats why i havent been getting comments haha, people see the first 2 pics and decide to bail. lol. The thing was that i tried on the costume while the figure still had the default shirt on and i didnt take it off. The back part will be a bit tricky however, but ill be doing my best.

Yes! i totally need to put in an updated pic up at the start. lol
Thanks, i draw on the patterns with them markers, wait for it to dry, and add in layer over layer, the patterns get darker, and also thicker, giving it some dimmension and the illussion as if the patterns are sewn on.
And yes, i do plan on tailoring the sleeves, as well as the zipper area, (breast area). But for now, i really want to complete the patterns on first, then the tailoring. And i gotta finish this quick before the gear shows up because that another load of work that will pile up. -_-

Loving this, huge Resident Evil fan of both games and movies (come at me bro).

Finished revelations a few days ago and now I am on a bit of a RE rush. Just bought the dragon Claire and Chris to modernise and I would love to get a proper Jill. Be it the battle suit or this, credit card warmed up :drool

Im barely starting to play revelations. lol.
I butchered my dragon claire model by making a VERY lame custom..dammit. -_-

But i did make a newer and better looking claire figure custom, check out my review on her here, and umm,,subscribe!

If you really want battlesuit jill, get her NOW, bcause her price is starting to go up real fast. D: And umm, maybe when i finish it, ill see who's willing to give me a decent offer on this figure, stay in check with this post to see the updates.

MORE UPDATES!

Here im working on getting jill's wetsuit a more snug fit on her body, again, jill is hot, and we want to see that hottness right? even if its through a plastic representation of her...right?...um...right guys?..... *crickets

nonetheless, heres the start, i carefully cut off the velcro from the wetsuit without removing its backing.

Right-O! got it out with no problem! doesnt it feel good when things go your way?

Removing the other strip, i cut off the area of cloth where the velcro resided making a huge rectangular hole, but do not be alarmed! i am a professional. :B ppppppfffffffft xDD

Success! Jill's suit looks more tighter and marine appropriate! Compare this pic with the ones above, you will see the difference.

See what i mean? and thats just the belt with no pouches or anything.

Well, with the torso area finished, now to tighten up those sleeves. -_-

As for this figure, all i need to do is tighten the sleeves, and fix her collar and she's good. The patterns are a cakewalk. Battlesuit jill is still affordable as of right now. It hurts parting with collectibles, but its like that saying. " out with the old, in with the new"

Fixed her sleeves. Now the costume itself is how i want it to be. Now to finish the patterns. -_-

Some shots testing out her equipment. Obviously this is all raw, i need to tweak LOTS of stuff, especially her back pack and finish drawing on the patterns on her wetsuit, and lots of other things as well but here is the overall look of the project as of now. I actually RE-painted her wetsuit into a more darker blue since the previous color wasnt dark enough.

Just recieved some more 1/6 gear, this is the scuba gear, in which she uses towards the end of the game and i thought it would be a nice addition to the custom.
