Dragon did movie related figures for Jet Li's 'Hero'
I have seen loose Qin soldier parts around on ebay before recently.

Qin dynasty pieces might be reaching a bit too far back, because the Qin dynasty ended around 206 BC, whereas the Qing didn't begin until around 1630-1644 (depends on which history source you use). However, because the Qing dynasty's origins lie in Manchuria, if you were trying to create an early dynasty piece, perhaps adapting pieces from Dragon's "Subadai" (a Mongol) figure might give you a start. If you were trying for the end of the dynasty, then the uniform used for the Generalissimo Sun Yat-Sen figure wouldn't be far off the mark, but it would definitely be an officer's uniform. Tough luck, if you’re looking for an authentic looking one with accurate details. It has to be custom, not from boxed figures. Try commission one from Kato, perhaps. What sort of figure you have in mind?
