I'm not sure if I know what Napoleonic " Special Forces " might be ! The French Habit-long and Habit-Veste( worn roughly after 1812 campaign) were different from the Prussian jacket, with a lapelled front.
Unfortunately I don't have a pattern for either of those to hand. I would need to know what kind of jacket you were trying to create before I could help with a pattern.
