Just come across this news in the latest issue of "Figure" magazine. Real Action Heroes (RAH) will be releasing Motoko Kusanagi in Aug 2008. (priced at 17,640 yen) This will be based on the latest series of Ghost In The Shell Stand Alone Complex, Solid State Society. As seen in the magazine, the details are amazing. Head sculpt is faithful to anime design. The SMG also looks very accurate. Other than Deunan, this is probably the next Shirow character I am looking forward to.

Uber cool news mgbb, its awesome that you always keep us posted about the goings-on in that busy but cool AO. They've been really faithful to her design, and their anime inspired stuff of recent has been really nice work.

Hope you had a great Christmas, those revoltech figures are awesome. I wonder how well their articulation mechanisms would be translated into 1/6. Anyway, have a great holiday season and a great New Year mgbb!

Chesh, yes, I agree the neck seems a bit too long seeing from the back. Front view looks ok though. I guess this is the anime proportion.
