Has anyone had problems with Toy Federation ??

I've bought several items from them in the past but lately, they have been supposedly losing my items (being posted to another state) or posting the incorrect figure.

Or if I haven't received the item for ages, Ryan says that it is perhaps lost & that he will post another one out (meaning that he hasn't actually posted it yet but will post it now !!!).

Also, they don't seem to answer their emails.

Anyone been in the same situation ??

i havent been i a situation like that but i would stop buying frome them in future as they sound realy unreliable i have spent over £300 with the ebey store actiontoysHK on about 12 different loads around £0-£40 each and he has always diliverd

Well, I have been having my own issues with Toy Federation. I purchased a pre-order item back in March. I already paid with Paypal and when I inquired with Toy Federation about a month or so ago, I received a message that said they had not received the item and they suspected the items were held up by US Customs.

But the last two weeks I have emailed them no less than six times and do not get a response. I will keep sending messages and hopefully I will get a response soon.

I just found a phone number for them, so I will try calling next.
