Just want to ask some tips on what materials (and how it would work) should I use to make tatoos for the Hot Toys Michael Scofield. Thanks.

My idea would be to make a water slide decal on the computer and print it to water slide paper.

check out your local modeling or train shop , they tend to have those.

Edit it on the computer , measure size , and print.

Apply. Secure.
