I was wondering about the packaging of DAM Toy figures.
I noticed DAM Toy covers the headsculpt with a plastic bag. Why is that? Precaution?
Does the foam that holds the figure easily scratch off and ruin the paint of the headsculpt? Seems like Headplay doesn't do this.
If so, Do I need to bag every sculpt that has a foam casing to preserve the paint application?

I just don't want to find out later that I might have to repaint already good paint jobs. :help

Re: Plasic covering over headsculpts

what I do not display, I put the whole figure in a zip tie plastic bag.
They then go int a box.
The plastic bag protects the face, keeps dust and dirt off and keeps all small parts together with the figure.

If you intended to keep everything mint in box, then have to Be careful of having the plastic(which covers the HS)from "melting" or sticking onto the HS. Try to remove them/replace with other type of protective bags.
(dont be surprise to open up(after keeping for years) n find the the plastic tends to stick onto the HS,& after removing, paintwork drop off.(its sad kid of experiencing it)
