The foot alone can’t rotate left or right. You have to rotate the hole leg left or right.

Wolf has it right. Also if you are new to these figures
you have discovered that they can't stand without support
or the use of hollow boots. Other than that they are fantastic
and the new footed models are a step in the right
direction.

Okay thanks folks. I guess it's just an error on the instruction sheet then since it indicates the foot can be turned below the knee. This probably means there are fewer articulation points than claimed in the product info, but whatever, they're still impressive models! :)

So far find I it fantastic for posing studies (I'm a photographer). Only shortcomings I find are that the head tilt angles are quite limited, the forearms seem too long for several hand positions, and the issue with not being able to turn the foot at the ankle to point it properly. But human models I work with also have individual limitations so I'm still pretty happy with it! :)
