No doubt this question pops up fairly often and I apologise for not finding the answer through not looking in the right place!

I placed a small order with Newline miniatures through their website, but have been met by “radio” silence, since. Are they still trading? They show both stock and a method (via PayPal) by which orders can be placed......but nothing. Should I wait a bit, or just ask for a refund? Any insight gratefully received.

There's a few threads on this. The owner has been AWOL for quite some time. For some people, the only resolution was to go through Paypal and demand a refund. I had to do that myself with them before. Good luck.

I haven't placed any orders with NLM, though I've been tempted to over the years. Since I haven't placed any orders, I don't know that I would have any standing to file a complaint with the GA Better Business Bureau (where NLM is based) even though I also live in the same state. However for those of you that have placed orders and had to go through PayPal or your credit card company to get a refund, I would recommend that you file a complaint on the GA BBB website and explain the issue. That could possibly get the website shut down so that others won't face the same problem in the future.

I have never placed an order w/NL. Every time I went there and searched, everything I wanted was NIS.
