Have a 3 months of delivery 2 boxed figures from China; the reason is (words of seller) - "it is deposit". I do not understand ...
Yes, one item been offered as PRE_ODER, but marked Q3 2015 (!).
No tracking, no feedback, etc.
What you think about it?

Depends on the figures and when they were released as preorder dates mean nothing really. In general shipping from China is a gamble time-wise unless you ship express as many sellers will use bulk shipping consolidator services and 1-2 month shipping is not unheard of. 3 months is a bit long however, if that represents the actual shipping time. He may be referring to a hold on the export side, as occasionally shipments from China get held up on export release.

I've been very lucky with delivery from China. I don't think I've ever waited more than two weeks. Packages from the UK and Western Europe seem to arrive extra fast, like 4 business days, which is sometimes better than local. For some reason the Continental US averages 8 to 10 business days consistently be it east coast or west. Maybe it's something to do with which customs and postal sorting station they end up in. I'm super spoiled, 3 months would have me gnashing my teeth.

... And today I have my first PayPal refund for these ordered items.
That is why you should never, ever PRE-ORDER from overseas! You do not know when it is going to come out. I never pre-order from ebay, instead go to your local dealer. It maybe $10-30 more expensive, but well worth the aggravation.

Or better yet, buy when in stock, as very, very few items actually sell out any time soon.
