what would be the best blue bdu for this bash. I'm going to use a hot toys body, and i would like a bdu that is somewhat loose, but bright enough, like the pics

my thoughts were either hot toys or saturday toys swat bdus...

I'm gonna custom make the body armor...got some extra auscam bdus to play with. Gonna use that new russel crowe hs when that new seal comes out from ht next year, ht seal vbss flotation device, black backpack, and ht sdu tactical shotgun

how about one of the SWAT uniforms? too dark? just thought I'd throw that out there..I do not own any to say if they'd work but I remember them being blue...

*edited -just ran into these...might have to ask around on a way to remove or cover up the patches..but the color looks ok to me..the DML Bill Smith ESU uniform, the Winona ESU uniform is available too that's the same color..

well hqpham, I originally thought about using a swat bdu, but grizzer and alexi are right, they look more like flight suits. I have a spare ts nomex force recon suit which I will probably dye (never done it before, but what the hell might as well be a first for everything). If that doesnt work out, I'm going to use one of the swat bdus. I agree with you that the dml ones would look just right.

The BDU's are what you're after, well close anyway.

If you'd like any more info just let me know, I know people that can help.

Sean.

Ive been wanting to do this bash for some time now, the only thing thats been holding me up is the flight suit, Ive tried the Bill smith BDU's (only problem with them is the patches) plus they are a bit too tight for the flight suit look

The grey overalls are a 1 piece but look closely at the second picture, guy closest, just above the black holster you can see the pants and shirt are seperate.
Hope this helps.

There is a TUS blue flight suit that came with the Police Pilot. It also didn't have any patches, iirc.

Also, in the Histoire & Collectione book Special Forces in Afghanistan there are som pictures of a RAN team.
