Been having this around for sometime among the lose part, any of you guys know what it is ?? from what i remember perhaps its a hose from aviator/pilots parts, totally forgot.....any help would b greatly appreciated

Been researching, the item looks really similar than the one that came from dragon f 14 aviator figure, the tip looks the same, i think the item should be made by dragon, but the problem i dont know where to connect
