Hi all, I recently obtained a Resident Evil Hot Toys Chris Redfield S.T.A.R.S. vest and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to dye or recolor the vest from green to a yellow while keeping the writing in the back?

Fabric paint is likely the best way, not sure about the lettering though.
