I just got a Deadpool sculpt to use with my custom, but I can't get to paint the head right. I got some acrylics paint and made the eyes pretty good, but just can't paint the rest of the head red.
My problem is that the paint either don't stick or that it gets uneven.
This is what I got so far:

Any help would be appreciated.

What type of material is the head? And did you prime it before painting?

Its resin, but I got someone to do it for me.

*Rubs chin.* You know, what I would do to this HS is mask out the black area of where the eyes are. Load up a Airbrush with Primer and then Red. Primer first and wait 12 hour to dry on Acrylic. Then hit it with the red paint.

Some resins can be tricky -- you'll need a good coat of good primer. The Games Workshop stuff is expensive, but it works well. I've used on several types of resin and never had any issues afterward.
