A little late to the "Monkey Depot customer service is declining show" but just want to first say we strive to pull every order correctly and ship them as quickly as possible. We are humans here at the Depot and mistakes are sometimes made and we try our best to correct them.
We always like our customers to email us with issues because we can process them quicker than over the phone. Not often but sometimes an email can get stuck in our junk/spam folder and we will not see it or it might get stuck in yours. As a few people on here have said, just give us a call if you feel we haven't gotten back to you in the time you expected.
Besides the weekend, we try to respond to everyone's email with in 24 hours and I personally checked on the Ti-Lite Rifle and Welbike issues and both were answered with in 24 hours.
