They are one of my favorites. I have had no issues with them - in fact just ordered a figure Monday and received it today.
I have to disagree with some of this. Yes, I do think people get a little carried away with the public flogging, when something doesn't go their way. However... When you are primarily doing business through the internet, I personally think ignoring email is not acceptable. Plus, it's just not a smart thing to do, from a business standpoint. Nothing ticks people off more than being ignored. If you're the Los Angeles Dodgers or something, then fine. But a little niche business? No, that's not good. I wouldn't expect anymore from somebody else than I expect from myself, and I do run an online business... Yes, I do answer every single last email. Absolutely, some people can be a giant pain. But that's just part of the game.I've done plenty of business with these guys and they're stand-up...never an issue.
I don't know what it is about our society that makes getting on a website and talking ****e easier than picking up a telephone and solving a problem.
Email is a great invention. It makes written communications instant and easy.
It's also the most abused tool I know of. Folks feel like they can sit back and type anything they want, secure in some false sense of anonymity. Recipients sometimes don't see it, thanks to spammers who cram everyone's mailboxes so full of unwanted crap that the necessary messages can be lost in the shuffle.
Quit blasting MD on a public forum and get on the phone for some remedy.
--I got a response and the correct item is in the mail. I've been a customer well north of a decade and was totally shocked that to wrong item was shipped the first go round. Like getting Batman instead of Superman. :fit:fit:fit I've been wanting a proper Enfield to finish my WWI Tommy. As for the phone I was too POed to have proper diction when addressing the issue at hand. A large order having a wrong item I understand but just one item? One needs to pay attention to what ones is doing and get back to basics of doing one thing right instead of doing multiple things wrong.
