The guy may have a point though-- as stated in the story, Nevada has gaming regulations about not permitting visibly intoxicated people to gamble and not serving complimentary drinks to them as well. So while the guy may seem to be a sore loser with poor self control, the casino does seem to be at least partially in violation of gaming regulations.

I think it goes back further than that...he made the conscious decision to walk into the casino in the first place.....sober or otherwise......I doubt if they physically went out and dragged him in...... :doh

Taking responsibility for yourself has to start somewhere......maybe that's the critical point in this....:think
