You could try lions roar products.
buy a few LT bars, place 'em on the uniform, and place some wire between the 2.
There is a company called Lion Roar that makes an 1:6 WWII US Insignia Photo-etched Detail Set (2006). Good quality and it has lots of item you will find yourself using on future projects like Inf Corp badges, buckles, O1 - 06 Rank, etc. It is available at Monkey Depot for $14.95 plus shipping. http://www.monkeydepot.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=7147 .
