Have you considered doing this one yourself? Luckily all of the parts you would need are available at different places. You should be able to put one together on your own. I found a good head sculpt on ebay that would be a great starting place: 1/6 Price British SAS Captain Head Sculpt Model Fit 12'' Action Figure Body | eBay

And keep in mind that if you do find someone who will take the commission.....it will likely cost more than that figure on ebay.
