Btw, this could also be the long rumored "AURORA" SCRAMJET powered Space Plane that's been talked about back in the early to late 1990s!
There was a supposedly photographed contrails making those distinctive 'donut shaped contrails' and multiple sonic booms even heard by many
Southern Californian residents at the time those contrails were made.
