I love Toy Anxiety! They usually come up with older stuff, too. I ordered a TUS carded set one time and they sent the wrong one. When I called they said they would send out the correct one and I could keep the one they sent. Good people all around.

Early last week, I ordered a BBI/CustomCraft Black Watch nude from Toy Anxiety for $17.99. I got it last Thursday, but didn't get a chance to check it out until Friday night. Imagine my shock when I tried to pose the figure and the right leg fell off! It had just been hanging on a pin projecting from the pelvis into a slot in the hip of the leg. Well, I didn't know what to do, but I decided to call Toy Anxiety. The next day, I talked to Dan at TA, and I asked if a partial refund could be made (I wanted to keep the Sean Connery-like HS of the figure). Dan said that he'd have have to talk to Ron, the owner of TA about a refund on Monday. When I called back on Monday, I spoke to Dan again, who told me that Ron had agreed to refund the FULL $17.99 purchase price to my PayPal debit card! The refund was processed a couple of days ago and showed up in my PayPal account last night. I thanked Dan and asked him to thank Ron also-- these guys have earned a customer for life!
