IF it is . . . what do we currently have that resembles that other than the B2?

The yellow aircraft appears to be a different model they have two different but similar designs. On the other hand didn't the Us come out with this technology what, 24 years ago and if it is the new stealth aircraft why do they have it on display in what appears to be a museum.
