The shape is common to M18 smoke grenades (done in sixth scale) and M7 riot control agent grenades (unk if avail in 1/6th).
The verbiage on it in the picture says its "RED", but the body color, gray, means chemical grenade (in US usage). The green stripe on a grey body specifically would be mustard gas ("H" gas).

The markings of your example don't really correspond to real world usage, so you would probably end up having to do some repainting / remarking to be screen accurate.
