Hi, all. I don't do much modern military,(too much gear) with the exception of some Russians now and then but I decided to break out the old HT Marine scout sniper figure from it's dusty resting place and try an upgrade the head/body.

The body is a Disney Krennic (very slim) and the head is a Suicide Squad joker knock-off that I repainted. Everything was weathered and I made the base years ago.

Thanks for looking!

Doug

Glad to see you go after a subject like this, Doug, it really worked out nice. That is one of a very few Hot Toys figures I bought, and I think they did a good job. Your head sculpt swap and weathering zoom it up, even that Denali (?) vest looks good, which is a task itself, I think. I believe the figure was a composite of two photographs from that period.

beautiful work Doug. Exceptional work on the head sculpt re-paint, very notable character. I am unfamiliar with the body type you mentioned, I'll have to check it out. Beautiful weathering and details, and as always love the base you made.......Jim

Modern really isn't my thing but a well done figure is always easy to see no mater what genre it comes from.
Just love the paint work, you nailed the eyes and a perfect choice for the sculpt. Another supeb work!
