I don't know what make it is, but it appears to be a submachine gun, not a rifle.

If i am not mistaken i think it is an outer casing that fits over a glock, i could be wrong tho!

S.W.A.T definetly has the best idea, it appears to be a Glock with a bull pup outer body similar to the Corner shot attachment. For a gun that looks similar you should try an MP7 or a KRISS

That's a CAA RONI. It's a carbine kit for pistols - you lock a pistol into it and it turns it into a carbine so you can attach accessories and scopes and stuff to it. Appears to be a first-gen version with a Glock.

I don't believe it has been made in 1/6 yet but there are viable options, this one from 2 years ago may be hard to find but it has the same function: ZCWO's Glock 18C from their World Weapons Collection

Set A is tan, Set B is black.

But closer in look and more easily found would a Steyr TMP or HK MP7.
A few doodads here and there and you would probably make a close approximation.

its a glock fitted with a conversion kit to make it a carbine here is a link to a picture of one where you can see the bottom half of a glock and a glock extended mag this one though is an airsoft version but they do exist
